Vegan Black Bean Hummus with Raw Vegetables


2 Small cans of black beans

1/2 White onion dices

2 tbsp Minced garlic

1 Tomatoes dices

1 Bunch of scallion thinly sliced

1/2 cup Crumble goat cheese(or vegan mozzerella to make this dish vegan)

1/2 Cup guacamole

1 Bunch of cilantro minced

2 tbsp. Cumin

1 tbsp Onion powder

2 Jalepno diced

Salt and pepper (To taste)

Directions Preparing: 15 min

Step 1Drain and rinse beans

Step 2Add to a food processor with onion, minced garlic, cumin, 1 tbsp salt, 1 tsp black pepper, and blend until smooth

Step 3Pour black bean dip in a medium bowl or party dish then top with 1 row of diced tomato, 1 row of goat cheese, 1 row of guacamole, 1 row of sliced scallion, 1 row of minced cilantro, and 1 row of diced jalepeno

Step 4Serve with sliced raw zuchhinni, squash and carrot sticks
