Shrimp Alfredo


1 pound 16/20 shrimp peeled and deveined

2 sticks butter

1 qt heavy cream

2 tbsp minced garlic

1 small bag of spinach

2 tbsp cajun seasoning

1 tbsp granulated onion powder

¼ cup grated parmesan cheese

Mozzarella for topping

¼ cup white wine

1 pound cooked pasta

2 tbsp olive oil


Step 1Drizzle pan lightly with olive oil

Step 2Add garlic and sauté until just pink (Not all the way cooked through)

Step 3Add a splash of white wine and a squeeze of one lemon

Step 4Season with Cajun seasoning and granulated garlic powder and a sprinkle of salt and pepper

Step 5Add butter and heavy cream until evenly Incorporated

Step 6Toss in the spinach, add cooked pasta, finished with grated Parmesan cheese and topped with mozzarella.
