Fried Chicken Deviled Eggs



12 Hardboiled eggs

½ Cup mayo

½ Cup sweet relish

4 tbsp. Siracha

4 Pieces of fried chicken strips diced

Salt and pepper (To taste)

Micro greens or parsley leave for garnish

4 tbsp. Butter

1 Cup diced roasted red peppers

[Fried Chicken Strips]

5 raw chicken tender

Spice mix

4tbsp salt

2 tsp pepper

4tbsp. Cajun seasoning

4 tbsp. Granulated garlic

4 tbsp. Granulated onion

2 tbsp. Hot sauce

1 cup Butter milk

2 eggs

2 Cup flour

Directions Preparing: 30 min

Step 1[Eggs]

Step 2Boil eggs for 4 minutes then add to a bowl of ice water and peel.

Step 3 Cut eggs in half and remove the yolks place the cook eggs yolks in one bowl and the egg white halves on a plate.

Step 4Add mayo, relish, granulated garlic, salt and pepper to the egg yolks and mix until smooth (using a food processor will speed this process up).

Step 5Take the egg yolk mixture and place in a piping bag

Step 6Pipe the mixture into the wholes of the egg white shells

Step 7Top each egg with diced bell peppers and more diced chicken finish with micro greens or parsley for garnish

Step 8[Fried Chicken Strips]

Step 9Mix all spices in a bowl to make your seasoning mix

Step 10Season your chicken with spice mixture at the rest of the spice mixture to the flower

Step 11Add hot sauce to the chicken and sit in the buttermilk for 30 minutes to an hour (If you have time let it sit in the fridge overnight)

Step 12In a bowl whisk eggs together dip chicken in the flour then in the egg then back in the flower

Step 13Deep fry for about three to four minutes and finish in the oven until done about 5 to 10 minutes depending on the thickness of your chicken tenders
